I hit a number on the scale I never wanted to hit again AND if it creeps up higher to the next big number I will flip.

I will cut out soda at lunch, drink tons more water (I just got some of those flavor drops I want to try), and starting tomorrow (because today is too hectic) I will exercise 4 days a week. I bought the Zumba for Wii and just the 5 min warm up on the Easy level kicked my butt so I think that'll be a good workout and the nice thing is you can do it for just 20 mins. I need to lose 30 lbs.

You're on! Although you will get there faster than I will! I am back on Sparkpeople online and doing a healthy 1.5 lbs/wk will take me to Aug 31. If I get back to that weight I will be very happy. I haven't been that weight since I got matured almost 13 yrs ago. Right now I am borderline obese. Blech.

So far today, 5 glasses of water (those drops are pretty good) and I've logged all my food. I'll have rotissiere chicken and veg for dinner.

I tell you what I will challenge you to DOUBLE!!!! You want 30 lbs by end of Aug; I'll take that and raise you double adding together I'll go with 90 lbs by Aug 31. So that means I have to lose 4.5 lbs a week to lose.

READY SET GAME ON!!!!!

Yup the Mia drops. The berry pomegranate (purple) are really good! Tastes like Sobe water which I love but won't pay $1.35/ bottle for.
