I'm back ont he wagon

I got up loaded the bike into the car (mumbling and complaining the entire time) dropped the boys off at school and headed to the towpath where I rode 5 miles!! and found a riding partner!! I feel wonderful from the waist up!!

I completely understand colleen.. I got into a I don't wanna cook attitude and am paying dearly for it... although my butt is paying dearly for that bike ride today:)
