I'm back on it!
I've walked 5 miles this week and have done great at my eating habits. I need to get a pedometer. I found a book called walking yourself thin and it's a great way to ease into it. Smaller lifestyle changes.. white rice to brown rice,,,same thing with the bread.. keep the fingers crossed.. I really want to slim down a bit.. I think it may help when were trying to concieve again.. I mean it couldn't hurt right?
