Are you developing any better eating habits through all this? I know I sure have... After drinking all this water I'm really not all that hungry..lol Like tonight? I drank 3 32oz of water as soon as i got home and I'm not hungry whats so ever. I blew the diet today by going to taco bell and actually ordering fattening food and had a small pop, but I'm back on track now...
