how much water do i need to drink to shrim this stomach of mine..

I had a bowl of lucky charms for breakfast
1/2 of dr pepper
1/2 cup coffee

Chicken salad sammies and 12 oz diet coke for lunch

I am a firm believer half your body weight is the amount you need! Just remember it burns more calories to heat the water to digest. So the colder it is the more your body works to heat it!

I have just finished the last of my water.. I've never ever peed so much in my life, and after reading Missies comment I'm running around in shorts and a sports bra freezing my butt off..lol

now is it possiblel to not excersise and lose weight by drinking water.. I'm just having a horrible time getting any excercise in with the roads being so bad and all the snow.. I don't exactly have an excersise friendly house. I guess I can do my wii fit.. does this just make the weight loss go faster?

I lost all my weight with no exercise and eating 6 times a day!

Keep in mind she ate Sissie surprise everynight. Which was anything she could mix together with cheese!! LOL

I ended up having 40oz total yesterday. I'm shooting for double that today.

I lost a total of 70 lbs doing the same, however it won't work for me since my bladdler/brain issue.

that amazes me. 70 lbs in how long of period of time?

i have had one glass of water toady, NEED MORE!! LOVE ice water tho eating a bowl of fruit (from my pretty basket) right now.

i had a bowl of scrambled eggs with spinach onion tomato and mushrooms in it and 32 ozs down..

Between the time my Poppa died in October 2001 till when I met Jeff in Feb 2003. So 15 months or so. I wasn't trying to go gung ho just happened. During that time I also spent 4 days in the hospital with a heart condition and had bladder surgery. I was NOT healthy.

It is not how much water that you drink for how I did it, it is the fact that you dont drink ANYTHING ELSE but water. THat is the hardest part... No coffee, tea, juice, milk, soda........ WATER ONLY! If I can find the before pics I will try to get them posted.
