Periods. Blech.

Since this is a "female issue" lol I figured I'd stick it here.

I HATE MY PERIODS! They have really kicked my butt this month. I am so worn out partially due to stress which doesn't help but PMS seems to be worse now that I've had Matthew. I'm cranky, short tempered and just a bitch in general. I'm pretty regular BUT I spot for almost a week before AF arrives and I just want to get it over with. Thankfully I only really have AF for about 4 days so it isn't THAT bad, it's all the other stuff the is annoying.

I can't go on any BCP because I'm the carrier for Factor V so I can't even go on BCP just to lessen the symptoms.
Poor Jason, I was like this on the patch b/c of the intense spikes in hormones when I changed the patch. At least then I could switch to the pill and was more tolerable. Now there isn't anything I can do.

Have you tried the nuvaring????

Can't have it. I basically can't have any hormone BC due to the increased clotting risks.
