but by 8:00pm I was ready to have jon run to taco bell.. I'm really struggling with the late night meals I'm missing. I went snowboarding so I'm hoping walking up the hill a couple of times helped, and then I came home and shoveled the driveway. i"m planning on walking the dog today for at least a half an hour in the snow. I'm becoming more active but no marathons yet. My smoking has killed any kind of hopes for me to start running anytime soon.
How often do you girls weigh yourself to see your progress?

Great job Lisa! Evenings are my downfall too. I don't usually eat a meal but snack a lot. Today I'm hoping to stock up on some WW snacks/desserts and fruits for that evening sugar craving. I typically will weigh myself Monday mornings only, after going to the bathroom but not eating anything yet. It's the way I can weigh myself most consistently. If I weigh myself more often than that, it fluctuates too much in the course of a week.

oh im annoying wiht weighing myself, i usually do it daily...
i would say grab some almonds, or make (you look to cook, i found a few recipes) for healthy granolas and snack mixes
or better yet AIR POPPED popcorn does AMAZING things!

I quit using my scale and took out the measuring tape.

I also dont weigh on the scale! Once every month I will go to publix but I am a measurement type! I like to see it in centimeters and not on the scale.

I think the measuring tape tells a lot more of the story. I used to do that a couple years ago when I was exercising and loved watching those numbers dwindle!
