Why is it some one gets blessed with twins; has their parents take care of them while they sit in PRISON

Why is it a 16 yr old gets pregnant, no job, no car, no husband, lives with whom ever will take her that night.

YET for almost 5 yrs now I haven't gotten pregnant???? I just don't get it!!!!!!!!!!

Why is it we have to take test to be certified to do any thing or go to school for YEARS to get a high paying job, but the people who obviously have no need havin a child, gets pregnant???????
