How is the diet going for you ladies?

I'm down 8.6 since Thursday. Granted its the weight I gained back but still happy its gone

That's awesome Julie!! I am just soo excited about this diet. I have lost 23.6lbs since starting on May 18th! My goal is to be down 50lbs before we go to Texas July 15th!!! I will be ordering at least 2 bottles sometime this week. I only have 1/4th of my bottle left!

I have gained a world of depression and about 14lbs to go with it! But hey my pictures with Avery look great! Thanks for asking!!

That's what I love about this diet Sissie, I was back up the 10 lbs I'd gained from a horrible 2 week period, stress eating is not even the word for it, but I'm happy to report I've still maintained a 40 lbs loss in less than 3 months. And I know if I go right back to it, I can easily lose 40 more.

You are absolutely right! And the more that I hear about my skinny pictures the more I want to maintain the weight I am now. I am thinking of putting both feet into it starting Saturday, You with me?

Yep, lots of water. Also I found instead of eating everything all at once I spread it out.
