i have a mole that is darker than the rest, has been for a few years, but now it has a small pimple like bump in it....and i can't tell but it seems like edges might not be smoothe, and bi colored

i REALLY hate gettng cut but have a feeling i might, but even more so I REALLY hope it isn't melanoma!
