I gained 5 this weekend! Im am sooo proud of myself...............NOT!!!! I feel like just giving up but I know that I cant. I havent lose any weight or inches in 3 days. Maybe tomorrow is my day. I have my water and my salad and that is what I am going to live on till I have a loss.

Before you eat anything?? Like today I had an apple, took it prior, had lunch took it prior. Now do I take it again for my afternoon snack or wait till before dinner.

I would take it before dinner. I took mine with an apple this morning then lunch not snack then I will do it at dinner time.
