No Carb Recipes??

Any of you girls have some really good no carb, low cal recipes??

no unfortunatly i dont, and it is my downfall and where i gain all my weight! but I LOVE it and i am so darn picky!! so let me know if yiou find any that are good!!! good luck!

I don't have anything specifically but how about some chicken and veggies sauteed up real nice with some good herbs or other meats (beef strips, fish, shrimp). You can make it really tasty with a good spice seasoning. Usually I would serve something like that with rice or another starch but if you don't do that it should be no carb, right? Look up online vegetable sautees, stir fries or something like that.

How about that boil in the bag omelette Lisa posted a while ago? i just saw that in Heloise's column this week! Lisa, did you write that?? lol

My diet lately consist of nothing with starches; I'm completely soda free!!! But man is it getting less adventures.
