Ok, I calculated my points now what???

How do I calculate what each thing is???


This morning I had

1 diet coke
1 oj
1 bag of rainbow cookies
1/4 of a can of cheddar chips (like pringles)

That's the extent of what I've eaten today. So go ahead tell me what I have in points so I know whether to starve my self at lunch in order to eat taco's for dinner.

u may wanna go to your local weight watchers or on ebay and find this

they are only6 bucks at a weight watchers store.. this will be huge for calculating points on things that come in a bag or can. (chips) cookies

I need to know how much oj
1 cup of oj = 3pts
1/2 cp oj/grpefruit juice = 1 pt
11 baked chips are 3 points
14 reg chips are 14 pts

I can do the cookies
remember all fruits in water or in their own juice are 0
same with vegetables
diet drinks are all 0

breads
2 slices reduced calorie any type = 3pts

any thing other than corn, garlic, high fiber, or pita 1 slice=2 pts

garlic bread 1 slice 6 pts

1/4 cup bread crumbs plain 3 pts

biscuits home made 1 small 3 pts
refrigerated 1 small or 1/2 large = 3pts

FOR YOUR DINNER TONIGHT:
TACOS:
hard or soft or fast food taco = 4 points
taco salad w/o shell and no dressing = 10 pts
salad with hll and no dressing = 18 pts
tco sauce 1 TBSP = 0 PTS

2 store bought taco shell= 3 points total for both

also.. starving yourself will make u gain like crazy. eat small portions of fruit and vegetables .. soups salads every 2 hours. keep up ith the water, tea,coffees .. those help keep your belly full and are 0 pts.

lunch meats are 2 points a piece

dinners... try lean chicken, fish and if make a pasta buy the whole wheat pasta with a lowfat cheese. no meatballs... they are 10 pts a piece without the sauce!!!
best bang for your buck is seafood

let me know what normally eat so I canstart posting points for you

myo fat free 1/4 cup = 1 pt
reducedcalorie 2 tsp 1 pt
regular 1 tsp 1 pt

pncake syrup
low calorie 2 tbsp 1 pt
regular 1 tbsp 1 pt

find fat free salsa...it is 0 pts.. you will need the calclator for the chips or I can go by what mine are oncei go to the grocery store.
milk
reduced fat 1 cup = 3pts
soy 1 cup= 3pts
whole 1 cup 4pts
fat free 1 cup =2pts

Lets just say that value fry and double stack from Wendy's I had at lunch didn't help.

don't feel bad. I had to start over friday after indlging in a rocknes taco salad with extra sour cream and 4 margritas that night..... but it felt good for that night:)


p.s cheeseburger on bun fast food 1 small 8pts!!

frozen , baked..15 of them 3pts
homemae 20 of them - 11 pts
