I LOVE it julie!!!! I haven't done excercise yet which i need, but i have lost weight even so! for some reason it is so much easier to me than "counting calories" the points is just well i am more motivated

and I have the BEST coffee cake recipe from it!

I dont know exactly what my starting weight was, but I know it wasn't below 150 and i am 148, so i am happy

Any pointers you can share. I'd love to join, I just can't squeeze it in to my budget right now.

hmmm i will see what i can figure out...
really i dont do a whole lot, i just changed my patterns to make it so i get 28 points a day (nursing) if not nursing 23. And 35 for a week (you can overage with those, like I ate chick fil a last night and that came out of those points)
I am just really pay8ig attention to my portions. Like normally I would have eaten a whole can of creamy chix dumpling soup...

now I have half a can
lettuce and 1/2 tsp (full fat) ranch dressing
jello (sugar free 0 points)
crystal light (0 points)
and sometimes a bag of 100 calorie cookies

with out the cookies it is like 4 points which is REALLY good for a meal, and that fills me up quite a bit...
