1 - 6oz fat free strawberry yogurt
1 pk plan oatmeal
1/4 cup Amazing mango juice
1 cup ice

1 banana
3 ice cubes
4 oz Bolthouse "Amazing Mango" juice
6 oz fat free strawberry yogurt
6 oz plain oatmeal

Bolthouse Farms is the name of the company that makes the Amazing Mango

You know the oatmeal you buy in the individual packages, I just open the package to my smoothie. Make sure you BLEND the CRAP out of it so you don't have grit.

I buy the big container cause its cheaper and I blended my oates first until they looked smooth than added the rest and it wasnt too gritty

ok that was my next question.. is bolthouse farms a diet juice or will any juice work?

Any juice will work; I prefer Bolthouse as it's organic and all natural.
