I'm joining I have no choice. I HATE going to new places by myself, but I'm doing it. I've got no choice. Meetings here on Tuesday night at 6pm. I'm going to start tomorrow night. I'm going to tell Jeff I feel I need the support for my food addiction.

I am definitely on board with a healthier lifestyle/eating habits!! Weight Watchers online was great for me when I did it years ago. I lost 20 lbs in about 4 months. I know going to the meetings can be beneficial too although I didn't do it. I need to get rid of this excess 30 lbs I've gained since I got married.

God help me, I am thinking of asking for my sister's Turbo Jam DVDs. It's an intense dance/hip-hop thing. She lost a lot of her baby weight that way so I'm going to try it.

We've been walking a lot more lately too. Two 15 min walks a day with the boys.
